Mobikwik lendbox - Mobikwik Xtra repayment fraud

Let me start with MobiKwik Xtra as an investment product.

When I invested, MobiKwik Xtra was promoted as a flexible investment with an anytime withdrawal facility. This was the product available when we invested on ** September ****. However, in September ****, the product underwent significant operational and regulatory changes. Without any prior disclosure about the lenders or proper consent from investors, we were informed that our entire investment would be locked until June **** under a repayment plan.

To make matters worse, the repayments have not even been made according to that plan. Now, the MobiKwik app is showing that the "Absolute Net Return" is in a loss, and the remaining principal amount has disappeared from the account. It is unclear where our invested money has gone.

My wife and I have both raised multiple complaints through customer support calls and emails. Every time, MobiKwik shifts the responsibility to Lendbox and asks us to contact them directly. I followed their instructions and emailed Lendbox several times, but I have received no response.

At this point, we are completely stuck. We simply want our principal investment back, at the very least. We would appreciate clear accountability, transparent communication, and a resolution to recover the money that belongs to us.
