I had purchased a gift voucher worth **** Rs of Kasturi Gold and Coin from Mobikwik on *th March, ****. I am unable to redeem the gift voucher from past one month and I tried contacting Mobikwik customer care as well the vendor and not received any satisfactory reply. They just keep telling me that the complaint is escalated and no proper solution from Mobikwik is provided. The gift voucher expires in August end and Mobikwik is not ready to provide refund for the voucher and not ready to assist with the issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
