There were two fraudulent transactions done from my Mibikwik zip wallet, one for ***** and one for ***** back to back. Both were from my zip wallet and payment was made to West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (WBSEDCL) Electricity Bill.
Date - *th July ****
Time - *:** PM and *:** PM
After these transactions I blocked the Samsung device SM-S***N with IP Address *.**.**.**
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
