Mivi nex 150 - Mivi Accepted My Order Later Claimed Product Was Out of Stock and Failed to Dispatch Despite Assuran

I placed an order for the Mivi Nex *** on the official Mivi website after paying the full purchase amount. The company accepted my order and confirmed it. However, instead of dispatching the product within the promised time, Mivi later informed me that the product was out of stock.

Selling a product, accepting payment, and only thereafter informing the customer that the product is unavailable reflects poor inventory management and amounts to an unfair trade practice and deficiency in service. The company repeatedly delayed dispatch and asked me to wait, assuring that the product would be shipped after inventory was replenished. Despite these assurances, my order remained undelivered.

Due to these repeated delays and failure to honour the confirmed order, I have suffered unnecessary inconvenience, mental harassment, loss of time, and loss of confidence as a consumer. I made the purchase in good faith expecting timely delivery, but the company failed to fulfil its contractual obligation.

I request that Mivi immediately dispatch my confirmed order without any further delay or, if unable to do so, provide a full refund along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and deficiency in service.
