AYAN DEBNATH filed complaint against Gtpl Kcbpl Broad Band Private Limited on May 2, 2021

I was using GTPL KCBPL broadband Till **/**/****...JAGUAR PACKAGE(**mbps@***)...till then I haven't recharged my plan.My username is Ayan_sccb. Previous month **/**/**** I received a message that my plan has been renewed even if I haven't done any payment by any means. After that I contacted my local broadband operator regarding that issue...he momentarily assured me that the matter will be looked into.
Today(**/**/****) I tried to recharge my plan through online portal.In doing so I looked that my plan with my username have validity upto **/**/****.I could not use my newly recharged plan till **/**/****.I quickly contacted customer service...they told me the same and also said that recharge may be done from your local operator end.I again called my local broadband provider named Ashok in SHEORAPHULI, Hooghly district,West Bengal.He again assured me to resolve the issue. It has * hrs. Since I called him and the problem has not been resolved yet.
It is my kind request to you that please look into the matter.My username may be assigned to someone else name "Priya mishra" who has renewed the plan.

I am attaching all proofs of my complaint.Take action as soon as possible.
