Purchased Bharti AXA Elite Advantage plan thrice with increased amount but after an year came to know that I was miss-guided by the agents about the maturity benefits. Customer Care confirmed that instead of three promissed benefits by agents, i'll getting only single maturity benefit. Interestingly I've raised my concert to Bharti AXA Grievance department but no support. Please help me earn my hard earned money back.
