Apple private limited company - Missing the product

I have purchased the mac book air m* in Amazon app the company name is apple india private limited, I have sent my macbook for the warrenty along with adopter and cable ..bec the problem of mac is not charging so I have sent cable and adopter ...When I have received the parcel with only mac book but not cable and adopter ..I have raised ticket too many attempts on apple they are not responding correctlyWhen I have reached the senior apple company, she is saying that we are able to refund the amount for only adopter not cable ..they are saying to purchase the mac adopter we will refund ..As I'm student I have took borrow from my frnds in purchasing the adopter ..but I got only refund amount for adopter till now ..pls help me to get refund amount in purchasing cable ..
