Indian terrain - Missing shirt

I have ordered two Indian terrain mens shirt and one Indian terrain mens shirt. When I have recieved the parcel it is already opened. I have recieved only one shirt and one pant which is goodly packed. But the other one I have not recieved. The outer package is opened . When I complaint to myntra their answers is refund cannot be processed. I have paid more than **** for one shirt. Are customers are fool.
