Despite paying a premium for the Umrah with Dubai package from Talbiya Umrah Pvt. Ltd., essential services like the Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner were omitted without prior notice. The itinerary was given to us just a day before the flight, leaving no time for review or objections. When we raised concerns, the company provided vague explanations and unapproved substitutions instead of the promised services.
The company failed to communicate properly and exploited our religious sentiments to maximize profit. Their last-minute explanations about Umrah rules served as a distraction from their hidden modifications. Our requests for clarifications were met with rehearsed responses, proving they have done this to others before.
We seek a refund for the missing services and action against the company for misleading practices.
