I ordered * playmats on **/**/** and on **/**/** I recieved only one mat and opened the parcel on * March and ask to the delivery boy I received one so he said your * parcel will come so I wait for it.on *th March I * times in meesho and told my problem they said ok we are checking please wait And again and again the call got disconnected and Meesho does not have the ability to call automatically after the request, they call automatically. Tired of all this, I sent a return request on the night of *th March with missing quantity. Even after that the delivery boy did not come to collect the parcel, then again I put a call request on Meesho customer care and then after telling everything, they said in clear words that you will not get a refund because You have not complained and your time has passed and they only refunded me the amount of * mat. What is my mistake in all this? I made call requests many times in Meesho but did not get any response.
