Myntra On Line Shopping - Missing products

I purchased a Anouk black magenta suit set during EORS at Myntra. During delivery of the product i got missing cloth set. I received only the pyjama but no kurta and dupatta was received. I immediately raised the complain but the customer care told me that the quality check was done and it was no where found to be a fault from their end. Being a consumer, i am raising complain but they are strict to their note. I even asked them to provide me with the procedures they follow during quality check for my products but they are denying. I asked them to weigh the weight of two suit sets but still they are not doing this. But i can guarantee that they are cheating on me. If they think they are true and i am telling lie then why they are not providing with the procedure. They are not returning my money also. Now where i should go. I have nobody to say something from my side. This really so frustrating. I just want my money back.
