Lakme 9 to 5 naturale aloe cleansing wipes - Missing product in received parcel

I have ordered * packets of lakme *to* naturale aloe cleansing wipes from myntra express+ delivery service as I need it as early as possible yesterday I received one packet instead of two I have raised a complaint explaining the executive that I will be leaving for a trip today I can't be able to return the product as I need the product by today so ask him to kindly arrange to deliver my missing product or else to refund for the same but he did raise a return or exchange issue for which they will pick the product by Sunday when no one will be at home and I don't even want to return the product as I need it for my trip!!! Again I contacted The customer care service and no solution has given but they are repeating their nonsense solution like a parrot that they will pick it up by Sunday (after knowing that we will not be at home for a whole next week)
