Zudio Goregaon branch - Missing product from what I ordered

Today I had a Really bad experience with one of you're Branch.I have purchased few products from Zudio which is at Zudio(Z***) A Unit of Trent Ltd Goregaon Station..It's as really Crowded at the Billing counter and the billing person Missed one of the Product from what I have ordered after coming home I did not received bottle of lotion which I ordered..My first experience was really bad and unacceptable with such brands
