I had ordered a lot of stuff from Myntra on a single day. They delivered all of that in a single packet. A T-shirt was missing from that packet- A black Jockey T-shirt. I raised the complaint on twitter but did not get a favourable response. The black t-shirt was missing from the packet.
I had requested to deliver that product again or at least allocate me the myntra credits for same.
No action has been taken.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
