Aims International Packers And Movers Mumbai - Missing package and damaged package

I have moved my stuff from mumbai to bangalore . Booked for dispatch on *rd December ****. First delvery was supposed to happen within *-* days of dispatch it took more than ** days . And the response was pathetic . Later on i didn't recieve * boxes.Lot of stuff recieved in damage condition. Its been ** days I am following up with the vendor . He just paid some **** rs for one study table damage, in the first *-* days . Even took extra money in the begining in the name of petrol, tips and all. Even threatned me multiple times we will not give you the stuff. When I started opening the boxes , in every boxes something or other thing is broken. Chair mechanism broken , guitar. Fish tank, dining set, handles of wardrobe , scratches on wardrobe .I havent recieved two boxes yet . Now vendor has started abusing and shouting . He is literally told me you were wrong to choose, when the google reviews were bad .He has stopped returning calls.please help
