Flawless facial hair remover - Missing one product and want a refund of that one

I ordered * piece of that product but I received only one product and I have given payment of * products.
I filed a complaint on that day of delivery company said they will resolve this issue and gave **hrs for resolution but till now the issue is not resolved
They said , that they will give refund of that
Missing product and want some time but Its been * days till now and I don't receive any money in my account.
Today again I called them for refund but they said my product ID is not mentioned there
It's not a fault of mine, it's there .
And delivery boy also behaves very greedly he asks me for ***rs I refused to give him he said he will put same product from market and than I will receive money but I refused .
He used to call me again and again and asks for money as I told it's not my fault so why I have to pay for the same
I want justice.
