Arrow - Missing one of the product

Last week i purchased *products from tatacliq
One is gap blue skinny fit flat front trousers
And other is a freebie offered from tatcliq
That is
Arrow navy nylon bomber neck jacket
I payed ****for both but after receiving the packed the jacket was missing so tried to contact tatacliq customer care but their number was not working so i wrote a complaint to them but still they didnt contacted me and not resolved my complaint
Pls take action against them n give me refund of my amount
