Indian Gas - Missing of Inner Rubber in Gas cylinder

Dear Indian Gas,

I am writing to bring to your attention a recent issue that I have encountered with one of your products. I recently purchased a gas cylinder from one of your authorized dealers, but upon inspection, I noticed that the inner rubber was missing.

As you may know, the inner rubber is an essential component of the gas cylinder that helps prevent gas leakage and ensures the safety of the user. Without this component, the gas cylinder is potentially dangerous to use.

I would like to request that you take immediate action to rectify this issue. This may include recalling the affected products or providing replacement inner rubbers to customers who have already purchased your gas cylinders. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide information on how this issue will be prevented in the future.
