I have ordered * different saree by paying through UPI Bhim an amount of Rs **** on *.**.****.
I have received only one Red saree on **.**.**** in the packet. Upon showing the details to the Delivery boy, he told me to raise a complaint at Customer care.
I made a complaint on **.**.**** and your team member registered the case . On **.**.**** Again I called to know the status of the complaint and refund of money paid .
Now they told me to update Bank details and UPI details and wait for ** hrs , which was updated on the same date.
On **.**.**** again inquired about the status and they provided me with a Complaint ID ********. And a waiting period of ** more hours. And today is **.**.****.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
