Kropex auto Pvt ltd - Missing motor cover in Tata Nexon EV XZ lux

We purchased the tata Nexon EV XZ+lux dark model on **th Sep ****,from Kropex auto mahadevpura branch . During delivery we found the motor cover missing. The part was in the car during pre delivery inspection and also the sales person had confirmed it would be fitted during the delivery.
He further told us he had forgotten while collecting the vehicle from the head office and will get it to us in three days.
We have followed up multiple times and Kropex managers ( Sangeetha , Nandish ) have been extremely rude and lie to us that this feature has been removed by tata. All public announcements by tata have confirmed the motor has been removed in lower variants but not in the Lux model .
