Savana - Missing items

I, Neha Chauhan, would like to file a complaint against Savana for severe deficiency in service, failure to deliver purchased items, and causing continuous mental harassment due to their negligence and lack of response.

On ** November ****, I placed an order with Savana (Order ID: S*********************). When the package was marked as delivered on ** November ****, three items were missing, namely:
• Figure Baseball Cap
• Pocket Utility Jacket
• Button Placket Blouse

I reported the issue through the app and reached out to their customer service multiple times. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved till date. Every time I contact them, they ask me to connect through chat support, but the chat team provides no assistance and closes the conversation without taking any action.

Their continuous delay, repetitive responses, and unwillingness to resolve the matter have caused significant mental stress and inconvenience. I have spent considerable time and effort following up, yet I have received neither the missing items nor a refund. This prolonged negligence has affected my peace of mind and has made me feel helpless and frustrated.

*. Ensure immediate delivery of the missing items,
*. Take appropriate action against the company for causing mental harassment and providing deficient service.
