This morning, I ordered one set of Krishna’s jewelry and a jhula, both of which were listed as in stock. However, after completing the payment, I received only the Krishna’s jewelry set, and the jhula was suddenly marked as out of stock. I then raised a complaint regarding the refund for the jhula. Although the payment was made via UPI, which typically takes just ** hours, they have deliberately delayed the refund. My order was for Rs. ***, and I want my money back today. If it only takes a moment to debit money from my account, why does it take so much time to refund my hard-earned money?
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
