Courier items worth Rs**,***/- were meant to be sent abroad. Items were packed in * white Khantan Bags, the company opened the bags and threw the goods in their carton box. Items worth Rs *,***/- were flicked/robbed by the company and most of the items received were damaged. Itemized list of the items is available and provided to the courier company as well.
