I have ordered * pairs of cloths, but received two paris incomplete(One missing Top. one missing Pant). I have dropped email to care@brandfactoryonline.com, but not received any feedback. Also not available on customer care no. This is not the matter of money, but worst customer service they are providing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
