One Step solutions - Missing items from my online order

I had got my LG *.* KG Front load washing machine serviced ( services included - rebuilding of the washing machine body as well as reparing the program buttons panel). The service provider returned the washing machine post repair to my house, however, within the next day itself, the programs buttons panel experienced technical glitch and stopped functioning. Any amount of calls and messages to the company was unanswered and finally, I had to take the services of another company to repair the buttons panel and I had to incur charges of Rs. *,*** additionally.
