The following items are missing in the delivery received on **-Dec-****.The packages were open and some are in repacked condition. You have not brought our items in the same packed condition the way we have submitted, all items packed in different manner, you have opened it, these are the missing items,

You have sent us picture that the materials were lifted from Agra on **th November ****, Which is after a delay of * days
We booked the material on **-Sep-**** and received on **-Dec-****This has caused inconvenience to us.
With due respect, I would like to inform you to get back our items at the earliest and pay suitable compensation for the delay. You have also charged insurance amount of INR ****/- on our consignment. Please respond and act on an urgent basis
