Boat smart watch - Missing item

I ordered for a boat smart watch and two eye liners from myntra. I received the package in a perfectly fine condition, when i opened it the *eyeliners were packed in small cartoon boxes but the bot watch was in a zip lock pouch and the seal in the boat smart watch box was tampered. I registered a complain regarding the issue, the myntra costumer care denied the complain saying that they underwent a quantity check of the product before delivering. The products worth **** /- and the smart watch was worth ****/-
