On ** Oct night I had ordered snacks from Instamart . Order was delivered in deficient. One out of three packets was missing. I refused to accept the order bag . But Delivery man Requested to accept and he would report while going back to store and initiate for refund for one missing packet . Help section was approached on Chat mode, Voice mode and later on Email mode.....Alas...No body was bothered to give solution ..only showing sorry figure for the inconvenience....Super boss Email team Jigyasa declares re delivery or refund not possible. Voice mode Abbas and Vikram shown their inability to help on this issue....Pathetic Instamart ....Swiggy brand value is going down...They are Thugs.thieves.adament and having Zero interest towards customer care.....God saves them
