Nua - Missing item in the package

I placed an order on Smytten on March**,**** for nua mywave sanitary pads that time buy * get * offer is going on and ordered * quantity of the pads. The package was delivered to me on *rd April, but upon opening the package — which I recorded on video — I found that it contained only * packs, * pack was missing.
I immediately reached out to Smytten’s customer care and provided both images and the unboxing video clearly showing the absence of * pack.However, Smytten refused to take responsibility and claimed the package was packed correctly from their end. No action has been taken to resolve the issue.
This is a case of deficiency in service and non-fulfillment of order, despite valid proof being shared. I am seeking either a replacement of the missing pack or a partial refund.

Nua – Package not delivered Closed
The website is showing that the parcel has been delivered but I didn’t receive the parcel. I asked the delivery boy to cancel the order but still didn’t receive the refund.
