Sarita Kumari filed complaint against Meesho on Mar 22, 2022
I ordered two women's top & bottom sets but I got only one, the other one was missing in the packet. I shared the picture in the meesho app and kept the description as missing item received and initiated the returns for the product. Now they are saying since I have not called them and raised the complaint within * days, they can not refund for my missing item. The one which i received is also of very bad quality and its not getting picked up because they expect me to give both sets.
