zara Inditex Trent Retail India Pvt Ltd - Missing item from package or wrong item delivered and not from brand

I had received this product on **nd I had made video of unboxing as well I had ordered a women white dress from zara but I got a used white shirt for men there no tag nothing brand logo nothing and the ordered dress was missing I had raised complain for this had contacted the zara team via chat call they arent responding three I would like to take from customer advisor muskan, siddhart, himanshu I had searched the company that was in invoice and read google reviews all are facing the face problem and im student I dont know much about these thing one of my friend to raise complain online consumer I had raised three times but still no response I had contacted them more then *-* times they are just asking for **hr-**hr time but when I contact them back they are again asking for time saying that the case is under review its been a week now first it took for me to raise complain to get it deliver to me as it was not delivering the product I dont know why after *-* times raising request it was delivered it was last peice I wanted to gift to anyone else but still this happened with tried all the things also mailed the owner when I got the email address from the google search and zara dont have there email address they have but its fake caz when I raised this issue I was connected to spain zara and they said to contact the india zara all are bluffing just all of them even the consumer court national no response from them as well so decided to file legal case for this e daakila I dont know much of it. pls Its request could you pls help me for this I just want back my money
