FRUZIS FASSION - Missing item and received bad quality of product

I have ordered track pants in a website but, i recieved only one item and that to not good. They shown on website is with back pockets and design. *** for * track pants but i received one track pant with worst quality... And it will avilable for ***rupes for that I paid *** so I want refund option for this and also I am not able to reach customer care it is switched off.
