There are two significant issues that have made me experience and left me dissatisfied as a customer. Firstly, one of the items I purchased was missing from the package. The shopping website has a policy that a return or refund needs to be filed within ** hours after delivery of the package. So, when attempting to contact the customer services of the site regarding this matter, the usual channels of communication were not accessible, despite repeated attempts to reach out via phone, email and WhatsApp . This lack of care accessible customer service is highly frustrating and has caused dissatisfaction with the overall shopping experience with monetary loss.
