Zometo - Missing item

I recently placed an order for a C-Type data cable. Although the package was delivered, upon checking, I found that there was no item inside.

When I tried to contact the store manager, he responded rudely and even blamed me for the issue. I then reached out to Blinkit support but unfortunately received no resolution.

While the order amount may be small, this kind of experience is unacceptable. Customers should not have to lose their hard-earned money due to such negligence.
