I bought * Voltas ACs in **** from Nandileth G Mart with * years comprehensive warranty and ** years warranty on compressor. Unfortunately during the flash flood in **** though my house was not affected, and while moving to a safer place with my aged mother I lost the invoice with some other documents.
Now, to fix a complaint to one of my ACs, I requested for a duplicate bill from the dealer at the beginning of this month, but they refused to provide one. Even I spoke to their HO staff in Trissur but they too didn't bother to help.
I humbly request Hon. Court to advise the retailer to arrange a duplicate invoice or get my item repaired
