Aaj critical emergency tha mujhe delhi jana tha Bombay se ..ticket book kiya ****rs approx ....online boarding k liye try Kiya to error bta ra system...flight departure k exact ** min phle airport p pahucha r self service p pass k liye try Kiya wha bhi error btaya ...fir counter p gya to wo direct mna kr diye .r abhi bhi flight departure ni hua tha bht request kiya ni mana ....NXT flight krne ko bola counter p with **** rupee ... mzburi me dena pda jeb khali kar diya ...i think ek last warning ka bhi msg aana chahiye passenger k pass taaki wo khud ko accept kr ske apni glti ....bs delay k tym hi airlines ka update timly aata h ....bht bkwas wrk h ... atleast buisness k sth insaaniyat bhi honi chahiye...sbki limit ni hoti h flight se jaane ki shayd emergency me insaan liya ho ...uspe bhi loot rhe aap log ....
