Stake com - Missing deposit amount

I have made a deposit to a website called stake. But it was not reflecting on the website. Then when I raised an enquiry they stated that they havent received the funds but clearly it has been debited from my account and I have proofs for that. Stake is telling that their payment provider hasn't gotten the funds. Then when I raised a chargeback request with my bank. The same payment provied declined the request stating that they have provided me a service which I don't know of. It's been two months this has happened and it's very frustrating right now. Just because I don't have this money I went through a lot of financial distress and losing a lot of money. Now I am completely out of options. The deposit was only for ***** . It was around *****.** to be exact. But I lost around *.* lakhs because of this issue because at that time I had a lot of commitments to pay up to people and I was not able to which led to a lot of other problems.
