United Cargo And Travels Private Limited - Missing Cargo box

I sent * cargo boxes from United cargo muscat to India on */*/**, only * boxes are received back In India on **/*/** with all the glass items broken which i paid extra for packing, * box is still missing and since ** April i a m chasing United cargo for missing box and no one is responding or receiving calls, now I am helpless as no one helping as well.
