IndusInd Bank - Misselling of Personal from Indusind Bank Employee

Indusind Bank Personal Loan Sales Executive has committed fraud with me. I applied for a personal loan through your ONLINE PERSONAL LOAN SALES EXECUTIVE – NIHARIKA DHILLON. The application number is JP********. Her contact numbers are ***** ***** and **********. I spoke with her; she said she would get my personal loan ROI reduced to **.*%. But she tricked me into sharing my OTP by promising to lower the ROI and disbursed the loan at **% ROI. This is fraud against me. I have also complaint on call on Indusind Bank Helpline. They give reference no of my complaint ********. They said that I have to pay disburse amount plus processing fees and other charges for cancelation my loan. So I have to pay *,**,***rs on **/**/****. I want refund my processing fees and stamp duty *,**,*** – *,**,*** = **,***rs. Take strict action against Niharika Dhillon.
