Miss Behavior by the security staff - MISS BEHAVIOUR OF SECURITY STAFF

My name is kishan singh khatri and my wife Mrs Geeta Khatri was admitted in your hospital and had a major operation under the supervision.of Dr Mazahar on ** Sep ** and got shifted to Room no *** on ** sep ** that's today around **** am when I came to visit my wife the security chap asked me that where I am going I said to.mee t my patient he roudly and told me that Dr is on round I said I'd Dr mazahar is on round I just want to ask him about the patient condition he in a high pitch said that
Dr is on the round and he can allow me and told me that go and wait outside. I just asked his name he smiled and said it's Jitesh though he was wearing the uniform but there was no name tape when I asked about his I card he simply hide his I card there was another lady from the hospital department she was trying to convince me when I asked her that why he is not showing me his I card she was also supporting her but she also did not give me his name and that security guy was simply smiling at me. This is.not the way to deal with the public relations the HOD of the hospital should look into the matter or one or the other day it will bring the bad name on the hospital. Thanks
