Baleno Delta - Miss behavior with customer

I have booked Baleno delta from Belgaum True value and one staff member Mr. Vinayak behaved very rudely with us and talked un professional person. please necessary action on him or else will not suggest any customer to buy maruthi /Nexa vehicles.
