Urban Gas Services - Misrepresenting BGL and charging heavy amounts for simple spare parts

I moved in to a new flat which has PNG connection.
I got a contact of a person who claimed to be a subcontractor of Bhagyanagar Gas Limited.
This person sent another technician to my house to connect my new stove to the PNG pipeline.
For very simple valves and pipe, they ended up charging me ****+.
I later complained to BGL who mentioned they are not connected to this company.
