OLX India - Misrepresented sales information and make practices promoted by sales representatives at olx india

I have been a subscriber on olx using their paid services for the past * years (car dealer unlimited subscription). They charged me for the unlimited listing subscription on **st July and activated a package that let's me list the cars I have for sale but have now blocked my account saying I have posted more than ** car ads which is against the fair usage policy that wasn't told to me by the sales representative who has been assigned to me as a guide to renew the package on a monthly, quarterly basis etc. I have spoken to the sales representative and his manager who seem to be doing nothing about reactivating my package and solving the problem. I have call recordings with the sales representative and the manager where the sales representative has agreed it was his fault. Likewise I have call recordings of other dealers also who are facing the same issue. I need help so that this practice at olx doesn't continue.
