Drapino Website - Misrepresentation of the product

I can across this website on Instagram. I check it out and found one Kurti really nice. So I ordered it without thinking that I could be a fraud. My bad. I saw the customer reviews which are a fake as well. I ordered on **/**/** and recieved my product on **/**/**. I received a different product from what it was shown in the picture, the picture and reviews were completely deceiving in nature, the colour was entirely different. I mailed them for the refund but they are reducing *** ( nominal charges) and I'll be nearing the shipping cost and then the remaining will be added to my drapino wallet. Point being if I do this, I'll lose my hard earned money as they'll get their product back, I'll bear the shipment charges and they'll have the money too. After such experience an average/ layman would never buy again from such website so the money in my wallet would be of waste. This is fraud.
