I ordered a Christmas cake to be sent to my family in Mumbai and what they received was not even close to the one described on the website!
it was really embarrassing for me as this was a gift to my family celebrating Christmas !
*st pic of cake I ordered which looks like its a professionally baked cake and *nd pic is what my family received which looks amatuerish!
I even sent them an email/message on their website and am supposed to get a reply within ** hours, but ** hours has passed with no reply to my query!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
