Disappointing at each step and full of False Claims

I purchased an app on **nd, for launching a course in the *st week of July in which I failed due to pathetic service and support.It was forced upon me in a scamming approach with totally exaggerated Fraudulent Claims by Harsh Solanki.

I told him that i had no online audience and I am yet not ready for the product, Then sales person Harsh Solanki made all the false claims to give false picture of things that how everything is ready to launch course on *st July, he made series of FRAUDULENT CLAIMS that why I should buy it despite no student base and despite tight deadline:

*, I told him I have no funds, he told, I can make partial payment till **st August, and I will get all services, and now I am being asked for money for each step.

*. I will get support of service Ad Kriti marketing agency which is including in my package. I will design the banners, reals etc. sitting with you , and I don't have to worry about anything.Actual reality- they sent me videos for designing stuff !

*. He also made false claim that I had not to spend anything for marketing inititally as we will provide is **** free meta credits. Later when i asked my CSM Honey Tomar, she said i had to pay some amount, and she didn't have idea, she will arrange a call or message, and she shared me screenshots that we called my some miss calls, approach, the calls I never recieved.

*. Harsh Solanki during sales call also told AI Sensy is our partner and services included, but when asked for service post sales, classplus asked rs**** .

All these additional charges were not disclosed during sales

Moreover the CSM Honey Tomar is Rude always, may be due to initial complaints I raised regarding FRAUDULENT CLAIMs for SALES. I never experienced such client service. It feels like MENTAL HARASSMENT asking them for service and support.Also, she is highly uncooperative and just send bunch of videos to watch, no real support till yet. No real training, only *-* google meet sessions they arranged with some Jhanvi Singh, who had less information about my doubts. And there were no training sessions post that

I NEED REFUND OF MY AMOUNT.

I Couldn't launch even a single simple course like the Test Series with the * months package provided. I need my money back, or I am exploring all dispute resolution options available.

Fraudulent sales is no less than criminal offence. Sadly Modus operandi is totally in a scam approach, with sales personal calling on whatsapp despite telling to call normally, so call records. Moreover post sales the behaviour of executive took a *** degree turn , Harsh Solanki asks to not call him and mail at hello@classplus.co . Before sales is made a FALSE CLAIM of guiding at each step.

Other grievances include- No structured training, just videos were sent, and I got *-* training calls, and the person was so busy that she had other work to do. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
