This is utterly humiliating and unprofessional that an order placed *.* hour before, got cancelled . With room full of private gets it not only personal humiliation but also waste of everyone’s time not to get a delivery. After letting the entire situation, I got to know that the order had been picked up by some delivery guy but not been delivered and could not be got tracked down. The time I was requested to place a new order with refund, it was a closed order time for the restaurant. This is highly frustrating and humiliating in front of my all guest. Due to late investigation I could not place order due to closing time of the restaurant, as a result my guests went back home without food.
I demand for double compensation for wasting my time and insulting me in front of my guest.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
