I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at your gym.
I was misled into purchasing a *-month package. I was clearly informed that there was no monthly package available, which I later found to be untrue. I feel this was done deliberately to force me into a longer commitment.
Additionally, the overall facilities at the gym are not satisfactory. The air conditioning does not function properly, the trainer support is not up to the mark, and the facilities provided are limited compared to what was promised.
This experience has been disappointing, and I feel cheated. I request you to take immediate action regarding this matter and provide a suitable resolution, including a refund or adjustment of my membership.
If no action is taken, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the appropriate consumer authorities.
