Timbl Broadband Internet Service Provider - Misleading Promises and Refund Denial by Timbl Broadband

I am raising a complaint against Timbl Broadband Company for making false promises regarding their services. At the time of taking the connection, I was assured of uninterrupted, flawless *** Mbps Wi-Fi speed and was also promised that in case I wish to disconnect the services, the entire amount would be refunded.

However, within just *–* days of using the service, I faced continuous issues and raised multiple complaints, but no fruitful resolution was provided. Due to this poor experience, I requested disconnection of the services and asked for a refund as per the commitment made at the time of subscription. To my surprise, I was informed that no refund will be initiated if I discontinue the services, which is completely against the promise made earlier.
