I purchased a Unisex Posture Corrector Belt from dealoxy.store (Order #Ds*****) through a product link displayed on social media. The order was placed on Cash on Delivery and delivered yesterday via E-Kart, for which I paid Rs. ***/- through Google Pay.
Upon opening the package, I found that the product delivered was not as advertised and is completely unusable. The product differs significantly from what was shown in the promotional videos on social media.
While checking the company’s return policy, I noted that customers are asked to send an email regarding product issues to the same email ID used for order confirmation. However, I never received any such order confirmation email—only delivery updates via WhatsApp from the number +**-***** ***** (ShipStear).
Furthermore:
The invoice does not contain the company’s registered address.
The contact number provided (****-*******) does not resolve the issue. When I attempted to initiate a return, I was asked to share my mobile number, after which a link and OTP were sent. Despite following the instructions, the system displayed “order not found.”
Given these facts, the transaction appears to be fraudulent and misleading. I therefore request your urgent support in facilitating a refund of Rs. ***/- at the earliest.
